Leadership development
Development should be playful.
Seriously.
Coaching and futures literacy for leaders who want their teams to grow, not just perform.
Our credo
What if the most serious thing a leader can do is play?
Play is where solutions are allowed to arrive before strategies do. It is where the growth happens that surprises you.
You probably already know a great deal about leadership. Maybe more than you think? We are here to play with it together.
Together, from the beginning
You don’t need another powerpoint on well-being.
So let’s work together from the start. We build the thing with the people in the room rather than arriving with ‘universal solutions’.
Play as method, not warm-up
We use playful activities as a research instrument. They reach what people know but have not put into words.
Trust, and what leaves the room
We don’t judge; we support. We work in small, trusted circles, and what leaves the room is always your decision.
Creativity as foresight
Futures Literacy and strategic foresight are capacities, not forecasts. A team that can picture more than one future always has another move.
Two components
Creativity that leaves a record.
Creative activities
The playful part. Games, metaphor, objects and movement: exercises built to get a room past the positions it can already defend. This is where the material comes from, and it is the part people remember.
Research-based analysis
Nothing stops at the flipcharts. A preliminary inquiry before we meet, then a written analysis of everything the room produced, delivered as a report you can put in front of a board.
